Mudras for Mindfulness-Curiosity Mudra (Beginner’s Mind)

There are many ways to practice Mindfulness + Yoga.

Mudras (body + hand gestures) are one way to bring awareness to what’s there cultivating Curiosity.

This Mudra is great to generate a Beginners Mind so we can stay Mindful of what we find. Rather than thinking we know . Causing unclear seeing. Turning friend into foe. Slowing down the habit pattern of reactivity and the judging mind.

Instead take this hand position , sense with great interest, without drawing conclusions …..one way to be kind. Take the middle finger to base of the thumb, connecting tips of ring finger and thumb. Keeping first and little finger extended. Breathing in I create ease, breathing out I let go …of disease of automatically thinking I know.
