WHAT IS THE NRG AT HOME ZOOM ROOM?

It’s easy to use

Two quick steps

  1. You book the class (half hour prior)
  2. We send you the Zoom link and password and you join us Live from your home and practice the class with us while we broadcast live.  We can see you practicing and interact as we would if you were here at the class with us.

&/or Mental Health First Aide Training

Supporting those who wish to enhance, maintain their mental health and wellbeing. Learn tools and be guided through evidenced based practices to manage stress, anxiety, depression &/or varying degrees of trauma (including isolation, grief and loss , relapse prevention etc)
