MINDFULNESS BASED PRE & POST NATAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Blending the best of Mindfulness Meditation Yoga & Pilates catered specifically for Pre & Post Natal Mums/Mums to Be

Our Training is for:

Join a select Team of Facilitators each passionate about creating a supportive ripple effect for this special time in peoples lives. Placing an emphasis on : 

Each Facilitator has extensive experience along with additional skillsets such as Nursing, Physiotherapy, Mindfulness Mentorship & Coaching , Senior Yoga Teacher Trainers,  Pelvic Floor Specialists & other Allied Health & Fitness areas standing you in good stead to feel confident to offer Mindfulness Based Pre Natal & / or Post Natal Classes or become a valued support person to Pre &/or Post Natal Mums / Mums to Be or build your own Mindful Toolkit yourself as a Mum / Mum or Dad to be.

This Training can be taken as single immersions for Personal or Professional Development , you do not have to complete both modules. 

This Training can also be taken as a speciality elective as part of our 500 hour Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher Training Certification 

Learning Pathways Offered:

WHAT IS COVERED

Mindfulness Based Yoga specialised to the needs of the pregnant woman, including practice and teaching skills for trimester-specific yoga techniques.

Techniques include: alignment for the expectant mother, appropriate yoga techniques for each trimester, how to practice yoga techniques safety 

Mindfulness Based Pre Natal Yoga Lesson Plan design for each trimester including a break down of poses/postures, pranayama (breath work) pratyahara (tools for introspection) to support mothers/to be, meditation and Yoga Nidra 

Modern Day Mindfulness Philosophy blended with Traditional Yogic Philosophy combining the best of evidenced based Neuroscience & Tradition that has stood the test of time when it comes to supporting and adopting a calm and peaceful mind during this special time. 

Mindfulness Based Teacher Training Techniques – Yoga NRG is renowned for its specialised coaching in Teaching helping you to feel confident to teach whilst learning so much about how to manage your own inner obstacles both on and off the yoga mat. 

You will received Mindfulness Based Coaching and support to help you adapt and to help your students adapt to a mind, body and world that is forever changing , especially during pregnancy and motherhood. 

Neuro-Science Anatomy & Physiology specific to Pre & Post Natal Yoga – you will learn applied anatomy to Yoga Poses , Posture, Breathwork and how to modify and adapt for specific needs ensuring you are a safe practitioner and teacher of both Mindfulness & Yoga
