GROUP YOGA SESSIONS

Based on 10 or less people , various locatations (indoors and outdoors) or we can come to you (Nb – for group sizes over 10 or locations of further distance extra fees may occur discuss with us)
MINDFULNESS BASED COGNITIVE TRAINING & STRESS REDUCTION SESSIONS
Mindfulness is an Evidenced Based Therapeutic Modality useful for :
Managing stress, anxiety, depression, or dealing with challenges, wanting to gain clarity regarding an issue. They are also great sessions for maintenance and overall good mental hygiene.
PRIVATE MENTORING PROGRAMS
These programs are for Teachers & / or Students wishing to take their understanding and practice of Yoga & / or Mindfulness (and Teaching) to a deeper level. Individualised Programs are set according to the initial consultation so personal and /or professional objectives and key areas of focus (on and off the Yoga Mat) can be explored and enriched.
