TRAUMA INFORMED MINDFULNESS

If you teach yoga or work in health, community services or education — chances are you are already in the room with people who have experienced trauma. This certification gives you the knowledge and practical tools to recognise how trauma lives in the body, adapt your teaching or practice accordingly, and create genuinely safer spaces for the people in your care. You are not being trained as a therapist. You are becoming more aware and that awareness changes everything about how you teach. Led by a Registered Nurse and Certified Clinical Trauma Health Professional with 30 years in health and 19,000+ hours of teaching experience.
