Who wishes to challenge themselves and increase their sense of support & stability physically and mentally through the use of the "Chair" as a Yoga Prop & the use of Mudras (hand positions) to cultivate different qualities of mind
Current Teachers or aspiring Teachers who may wish to introduce these Mindful Tools to support the Mental Health & Physical Vitality for all populations throughout the lifespan
You will be lead through a Full Mindfulness Based Chair Yoga Class interweaving Mudras to explore different meditations
