This program is about diversifying your Teaching & /or Practice of Mindfulness to allow for maximum reach, scope and health benefits. 

This training has two pathways – it is for those who wish to partake in creative ways to Practice Mindfulness for their own Health & Wellbeing (to fill creativity cup or to top up on some much needed Self Care) or for those wanting to complete the “Creative Mindfulness Facilitator Training Certification ”
