Indulge in a well rounded practice nourishing all parts , along with pranayama (breath work) meditation &/or Yoga Nidra in each session. A challenging Vinyasa (Flow) style of Yoga adapted for “every body” which means there will be options to intensify and modify as we flow. This class will focus on stretch, strength with fluid, dynamic postures. This practice will challenge the body and invigorate the mind, encouraging a heightened concentration and deep focus. The heated room (not overwhelming heat! but just right) will warm you up for winter and provide some healthy detoxing opportunities and get you moving and out of stagnation for winter.

Enjoy nourishing your body, mind and each of the five pairs of Meridian Chanel’s in this “TUNING YIN” Series with Sheree. Come to one or all in the series, each will focus on a different sequence to bring awareness and care to the main organs of focus for each pair of Meridians. (Chinese Energy Chanels) This  Yin series is a great way to explore, reflect, learn about the interconnections between Yin poses & associated benefits  to help balance different emotions.
