Mindful Restorative Feature Class with Katie

If you’ve been searching for some deep quality rest and it seems to be getting further and further away or it’s never the right time then this restorative class is exactly what you need.

90 minutes of precious time dedicated to the art of rest just for the sake of resting, with a relaxed and casual vibe and we use yoga props throughout the practice to help us nestle into poses feeling supported. If you’ve ever started a yoga class in Savasana and fantasized about wanting to stay resting for the whole class then carve out some time on the mat for this feature!…..the feel of morning sleep in or afternoon snooze you’ve been dreaming of, with around 6 poses in the 90 minutes including modifications, the scent of essential oils and zen music.

FULL MOON LONG SLOW DEEP YOGA SUNDAY 21ST AUGUST 3:30 pm -6:00 pm

Join Katie for one of our most popular styles of Yoga ~ Long Slow Deep. 

A sequence that opens the hips, stretches the spine & quitens the mind. 

This month it will be a Sunday afternoon session ready to see the Full Moon rise.

Join Hummy in this 90 min Feature designed to help you Develop Stillness. Learn specific pranayama (breath techniques) blended with a more Slow Yoga Postures chosen specifically to create withdrawal of the senses (Pratyahara) & Meditation.

This is the Ultimate Immersion for Supported and Therapeutic Rest!

The first of its kind blending Mindfulness Therapeutics and Restorative Yoga Sequences Open to Teachers for Certification or for those who wish to use this as a Self Retreat to Rest + Restore. There are 3 Seperate Immersions each focusing on a different series of Restorative Postures & different components of Mindfulness Based Yoga Nidra 

No pre-requisites for those doing this for Personal Development – however a 200hr minimum certification is required to be insured/certified to teach. Ask us for more details.

Join Tammy Williams for Mindfulness Teacher Training Level 1 

This is for both those who wish to do this for Personal or Professional Development. You will explore the Foundations & Pillars of Mindfulness .

There are two learning pathway options 

1. Personal Development – This includes an 8 week PD course to develop & deepen self practice and an understanding of the Pillars & Foundations of Mindfulness 

2. Professional Development & Certification Pathway :

This includes a minimum of 120hrs combined with our Level 2 Program to meet the recognised standards for Mindfulness + Meditation Teaching in Australia :

Develop Safe & Effective Practices for concentration, calm abiding, insight & learning how to handle excessive thinking and auto pilot stress responses

Learn both the theory + practical guided mediations that can be used in isolation (or in conjunction with yoga or other movement practices)  or together to create a 4-8 session Mindfulness Course to teach to your community  

This is more than a Training – it is giving you a Mindful Toolkit to live life well 

From $890  (when combined with Level 2) or 

$1200 as an stand alone module
