One of our most popular events , every retreat is different combining the perfect balance of different styles of Yoga Classes & workshops, Mindfulness and Meditation & Spending time in Nature with your chosen dose of chill &/or challenge , having fun connecting with others &/or introspection for a bit of R&R.
The experiences you have on our Retreats can’t be replicated in general day to day classes. There is something very special about dedicating time on your mat, sharing in the group energy and giving the Body + Mind a good “taking care of”

Hummy is extremely passionate about blending traditional meditation techniques & an embodied experience of the Sutras which contribute to a still mind, a witnessing mind.
