The first of its kind blending Mindfulness Therapeutics and Restorative Yoga Sequences Open to Teachers for Certification or for those who wish to use this as a Self Retreat to Rest + Restore. There are 3 Seperate Immersions each focusing on a different series of Restorative Postures & different components of Mindfulness Based Yoga Nidra
