The ultimate immersion of Slowing Down! Undoing the knots to connect the dots, physically & mentally. This practice nourishes the hips, spine and the mind. It’s the course that bridges the gaps & Integrates Yin + Yang + Mindfulness Meditation.

This full length LSD Yoga Class is only run once a year – it’s something unique that the luxury of taking time gives you .
Long Slow Deep feature class will nourish the hips, heart, spine & mind. There is a little appetiser of some core strengthening & spinal lengthening . We will use the long slow deep stretches to move into a state of Mindfulness Meditation with options to use props to rest or options to feel a little more stretch.
The intention & additional meditations offered will allow a turning inward , calming the mind and creating space.

This is for both those who wish to do this for Personal or Professional Development. You will explore the Foundations & Pillars of Mindfulness .
There are two learning pathway options
1. Personal Development – This includes an 8 week PD course to develop & deepen self practice and an understanding of the Pillars & Foundations of Mindfulness
2. Professional Development & Certification Pathway :
This includes a minimum of 120hrs combined with our Level 2 Program to meet the recognised standards for Mindfulness + Meditation Teaching in Australia :
Develop Safe & Effective Practices for concentration, calm abiding, insight & learning how to handle excessive thinking and auto pilot stress responses
Learn both the theory + practical guided mediations that can be used in isolation (or in conjunction with yoga or other movement practices) or together to create a 4-8 session Mindfulness Course to teach to your community
This is more than a Training – it is giving you a Mindful Toolkit to live life well

Mindfulness Based Core Yoga Teacher Training
- A Therapeutic Flow for Core Pelvic Floor Glutes Spine & Mind
with Senior International Teachers Tammy Williams Lee Churcher & Guest Teachers.
This Immersion & Training is the best of all three – Mindfulness Pilates & Yoga.
Physically you will experience a Therapeutic Sequence & variations, nourishing the pelvic floor, subtle & deep core, our ‘glorious glutes’ and the spine
Mentally you will experience focus , clarity & freedom using Subtle Body Meditation Techniques, interweaving Mindfulness Teachings & an opportunity to revise & strengthen what’s most important
Emotionally you will have an opportunity to reconnect with your core values, learn connections between the Subtle Body, our mentality & physicality and how this connection can help us heal or feel better about ourselves.
Overall this is a whole body & mind approach covering traditional philosophy, pranayama techniques & meditation blended with muscle activation, release along with the use of props such as the Pilates Ring, Corgeous Ball & Roll & Release balls.
You are welcome to take this as a personal retreat immersion to get fit, healthy and learn a lot about these key areas of mind / body connection OR
