Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher Training helps those who live in remote areas of Australia

I realised a few things, that in life we shouldn’t take things for granted, no matter what is thrown our way with the right amount of time we can recover, that all lives are vulnerable on this planet and that we are all linked together, just trying to find our way in life and become a part of it. Knowing that we are all a part of something much bigger than us. That’s what yoga is for me, it makes me feel apart of something bigger, something that can really help me in life and in turn, others. Yoga has also helped me appreciate and love my body, I use to only see the things I didn’t like about myself and get caught up on that, but now I am grateful that my body can even do yoga. I love the feeling of my body stretching and flowing from one pose to the next it is almost like a dance, which reminds me of a quote I came across that says “Yoga is the dance of every cell, with the music of every breath, that creates inner serenity and harmony”. Yoga is such a beautiful gift that we can give our bodies and I can’t wait to find out what the rest of my yoga journey has in store for me.
