Long Slow Deep & Restore Yoga Teacher Training
A unique and our most popular / most requested feature class. This style is a transformational blend of Yin with a little yang. It nourishes the hips, heart, spine and is designed to drop you in to the most wise and peaceful parts of the mind. It includes Core & Spinal Balancing winding down into some deep Yin floor poses. Learn to guide people into a a guided vipasana style practices where insights become possible due to the style. You will learn how this can be adapted to suit those who find it hard to sit still and go straight into Yin type practices. This practice does wonders for your nervous system — both on and off the mat. It is great for teachers and students wanting to offer or experience the middle path between Yin and Yang. It is delivered in a Trauma Informed approach with plenty of options to adapt to suit a variety of students.

Learn to teach chair yoga for people with limited mobility, wheelchair users, those navigating chronic pain, arthritis, osteoporosis, or recovery from injury — and for anyone wanting to explore yoga in new ways. Mudras (yoga in your hands) are woven throughout, giving people tools to work with meditation and mindfulness even when movement isn’t possible — and offering teachers creative depth to add to their meditation and mindfulness themes.
