Mindfulness Meditation inspired by the Bhakti Sutras and Conversations with Richard Freeman (by Tammy Williams)

Tammy Williams and Richard Freeman
A Sutra for yr Sunday
Hearing the breath
As I drink it into my lungs
If I listen closely
I hear the sound of OM
Moment by moment I begin to see
Drishti is just being with reality
Preferences of how past things should be
Begins to fade
An experience of Drishti
Nothing needs to be done
Nothing needs to be said
The sound of silence is enough
“Just this”gives the mind a bed
The palate is empty
The heart is full
Nothing left but contentment
I AM So grateful
Seeing everything that arises
Will fall away
Nothing left and I remember
The meaning of Namaste
Namaste?

I’m writing this from Thailand. Ive been enjoying a much needed immersion back on my Yoga Mat. It’s been an absolute gift to be able to spend time with one of my favourite authors and a brilliant teacher Richard Freeman

One of the hardest things about Yoga + Mindfulness Meditation is making space for grace. By that I mean taking time for yourself to get on your mat regularly
Although I practice regularly an immersion and training helps to break free from sweating the small stuff.

Im looking forward to returning home and sharing the practice of Yoga and Mindfulness once again
