Using Mindfulness to Cope with Greif and Loss – Words of Wisdom from Dan Millman and Bryan Kest

A Challenge for yr Tuesday : FEEL ….HEAL….+ TEACH “And you know what to do when you are going through grief ‘? …….. In one powerful word Dan Millman finishes this sentence in the clip that most of us don’t want to do, but these words of wisdom ring true and its a way to practice Mindfulness. He doesn’t use the word ACCEPTANCE or LETTING GO but uses another we can do,  that is one step along the path to both. I ask him about the fine line between grieving and falling into stagnation . Sometimes the pain can be that overwhelming we can swear we will never love like that again . I loved what he said about TEACHING too:)

Another great teacher Bryan Kest’s Power Yoga​ often says which has made sense to me over the years…”How can you ever learn from something you are pushing away or denying”

Lucky to have had many great mentors and teachers in my lifetime so far especially ‘feelings’ FEEL HEAL + TEACH (Then repeat)
