- You book the class (half hour prior)
- We send you the Zoom link and password and you join us Live from your home and practice the class with us while we broadcast live. We can see you practicing and interact as we would if you were here at the class with us.

All of our NRG Teachers will be running classes from their own home for you all you need is your computer , ipad or mobile phone

These sessions are run by Qualified Health Professionals such as Registered/Clinical Nurses who have done specialty training in Mindfulness – including
MBSR – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
MBCT – Mindfulness Based Cognitive Training
MBRP – Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention
&/or Mental Health First Aide Training
Supporting those who wish to enhance, maintain their mental health and wellbeing. Learn tools and be guided through evidenced based practices to manage stress, anxiety, depression &/or varying degrees of trauma (including isolation, grief and loss , relapse prevention etc)
