It was lovely laying in the sun today at moffs after class. Remembering to stop and look & take in the good isn’t always our default & certainly isn’t mine I have to practice.
Don’t know about you but time seems to be flying by way to quickly to not do our best to find QUALITY in all the quantity.
One of my favourite parts of Yoga NRG is to take a look at where we are lucky enough to get to call our NRG Studio. A simple glance and a drinking in of the salty air through the nostrils can be QUALITY in action.
So thankful to those who come & teach in our great outdoor studios. For over 17 years I’ve been coming down to @moffatbeach to practice , teach or teach teachers to teach Yoga & Mindfulness & it’s still my favourite place to Yoga!
Thanks Mother Nature for being the best host for us to reflect on how #%!£^ lucky we are. It seems crazy that it’s still easy to get caught up in the rat race but it only takes a split second of breathing in the fresh air & this beautiful beach backdrop to snap out of sh-it & be grateful.
The challenge is to “remember” to take in the good more often!!! Quantity is no longer a price I’m happy to pay. Baby steps are still steps.
Quality versus Quantity.
It’s a tricky balance.
Enjoy your practice.
If you feel like you could do with some you time personally or professionally to develop the Quality I’m taking on only a few private clients for the 6-12 month Mindful Mentoring Program
