In this 5 week course you will learn;
Mediation and breathing techniques to help relax your body and mind during pregnancy and labour
Yoga poses to gently stretch your body, easing some of the discomforts and swelling of pregnancy
Exercises to strengthen the muscles needed for childbirth
Physical and mental Active Birthing skills to give you the tools to birth the way you desire
A safe and loving space to turn inwards and connect with your unborn baby 
Anatomy of the pelvis; how having correct posture during pregnancy encourages baby get into to correct position for birth, helping to shorten the duration of labour
Meet and connect with other pregnant women

A little about me (Kristy):

I am a mother of two beautiful daughters and an avid yogi.  I am deeply passionate about empowering women to have a beautiful and positive pregnancy and birthing experience.  
After the birth of my first daughter didn’t quite go the way I had hoped for, resulting in nerve damage, and temporary loss of movement in my legs, I was determined to do things differently the second time round. I turned to yoga for rehabilitation after my first birth; this sparked a fire inside and drove me to seek further education on the immense benefits of yoga. 
While pregnant with my second daughter, I completed my Level 1 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification, I then went on and did further training in Pre and Postnatal Yoga.  This gave me the skills I needed to have a truly amazing birthing experience.  I proved to myself that labour doesn’t have to be a scary or fearful situation; instead it can be something truly amazing.
