Yin Feature & Sound Bath

Enjoy a YIN YOGA FEATURE WITH SOUND BATH dedicated to cleansing and releasing inpsired by the liver and gallbladder channels.Be nourished and supported by props as you indugle in side body & hip postures, designed to connect to the Wood element in Chinese Medicine . As we begin to transition from Winter toward Spring, it is useful to take advantage of the renewed and bountiful source of energy this time of year can offer us . We can pave the way for Spring by tuning into the bodies natural ability to detox it's system due to the surge of Liver & Gallbladder energy. We explore our hips and side body through this Yin Yoga practice, releasing any pent up stagnation or feelings assoicated with these particular energy channels which in turn will help send renewed prana (life force energy) into these organs by simply allowing the body to open. You will be supported in a Warm Studio with props avaiilable , candle lit with a beautiful Sound Bath with Ruth.
