90 minutes of precious time dedicated to the art of rest just for the sake of resting, with a relaxed and casual vibe and we use yoga props throughout the practice to help us nestle into poses feeling supported. If you’ve ever started a yoga class in Savasana and fantasised about wanting to stay resting for the whole class then carve out some time on the mat for this feature!…..the feel of a morning sleep in or afternoon snooze you’ve been dreaming of, with around 6 poses in the 90 minutes including modifications, the scent of essential oils and zen music.
