Tammy Williams (The Founder of Yoga NRG) will guide you through an introduction to the Eight Limbs of Yoga. You will be led through Practical Exercises and the history of how the Yogis used their Body, Breath & Mind along with other Yogic principles to maintain a state of health. You will learn about the value of nutrition in our emotional lives with Author / Naturpath Talita Sheedy. Going through the reality of how food can and will affect our stress, reactivity, anxiety, moods, memory and more. Talita will explain the 'why' and educate around making mindful choices when coming to nutrition as well as the biochemical aspect to balancing the body to optimise your everyday life. Talita will also give natural health tips and tricks to easy implement, leaving you empowered for your health journey.

This program is to help teachers explore, develop and teach multilayered classes, workshops, retreat and corporate programs in a variety of settings. You will broaden your scope to adapt your skill set and engage individual students and groups from all walks of life Develop more depth, confidence and understanding, so your classes are Mindful, Purposeful, Therapeutic & Uplifting.
4 x Immersions (Immersions A,B,C,D) – these can be taken over 2-5 years if preferred by application.

Long Slow Deep Yoga Teacher Training with Tammy Williams Long Slow Deep sequence focuses on floor postures designed to open the hips, create space and length for the spine and take you into the most peaceful part of your own mind. This includes integration and key teachings from Mindfulness & Process of Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses)
