WHAT DOES LIVESTREAM MEAN

All of our NRG Teachers will be running classes from their own home for you all you need is your computer , ipad or mobile phone

WHAT DO I NEED

  1. Register if you are new – here
  2. Book Class via the timetable above
  3. Click here to go to Zoom – Enter Meeting ID and then Password

(this gets sent to you at least an hour before the class starts so please book ahead of time)

These sessions are run by Qualified Health Professionals such as Registered/Clinical Nurses who have done specialty training in Mindfulness – including

MBSR – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

MBCT – Mindfulness Based Cognitive Training

MBRP – Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention

&/or Mental Health First Aide Training

Supporting those who wish to enhance, maintain their mental health and wellbeing. Learn tools and be guided through evidenced based practices to manage stress, anxiety, depression &/or varying degrees of trauma (including isolation, grief and loss , relapse prevention etc)
