Benefits of Yoga with Balls – More commonly known as Roll n Release Using Yoga Tune Up Balls

 

Yoga with Balls is not just another craze by adding something fancy to your tool kit to make it more interesting.  It is a modality with many therapeutic benefits.  There is increasing evidence that it is useful in not only helping us to rest and repair the body and mind, it can also be an effective pain management tool for long-lasting healing.

 

Some studies in Fascia Research have shown that using acupressure with balls can be faster acting than Ibuprofen (Fascia Research Congress) Below is a list of just some of the healing benefits and what to expect from integrating this method into your health and wellness regime.

It’s like councilling or a psychology session for the tissues , where you do not need to talk to anyone at all – just feeling and listening, tuning in to tune up. For those who don’t take the time to go and get body work, or find it hard to have ‘down time’ which essentially gives you more “up time” then I highly recommend this practice and training.
