Condensed version of our popular LSD class
This is the middle ground class between the more dynamic Power Flow classes and our Basics classes blended with Mindfulness and meditation time.
This sequence is shorter and adapted variations of the primary series of the Ashtanga Yoga Practice with Mindfulness Meditation. There is still a focus on Ujayyi breathing, Flow and Bandhas (learning about the subtle body and the ability to harness energy and attention within the body) – the postures choses however are mostly from the traditional primary series.
Special sequencing focusing on spinal lengthening, core strengthening and hip & heart opening. This is a Long Slow & Deep class that will challenge the ego to stay quiet and extremely meditative. This class is offered as one of our 2 hour feature classes.
Designed according to age groups
This class looks at specific poses to focus on each class with a break down of both physical and subtle body alignment. Anyone can join as the class is catered to what people are wanting to work on as far as peak poses for their own practice. This class is inclusive of some Flow (Vinyasa) time to get the body warm and as always some time for some Mindfulness Meditation.
A restorative sequence of mostly floor postures designed for to rest and restore the body, supported by boulsters, blankets and props to enable the body to let go. This is not about the stretch it is about the rest and being guided to ease the body of tension over time using support and Mindfulness inspired dialogue.
